From the moment you arrive you enter the laboratory of a mad scientist and wander through surprising worlds: illuminated tables, living walls, enchanted plates... Each course becomes a stage, each service a revelation.

Over the course of the evening, a 5-course menu of seasonal and regional products reveals its nuances in perfect harmony with the light show. Tables, plates, walls and even the service staff are part of the story – you are far more than guests: you become actors in this experience.
