Season closing at the Gurtengärtli

At the Gurtengärtli it's time to prepare plants and tools for winter. Together with the experienced Gurtengärtli team, children can help out, make the garden winter-ready and learn interesting things about nature and the changing seasons. To finish, there's a cosy chestnut roast where the hard‑working helpers are rewarded.

The Gurtengärtli is a joint project of Bioterra, Gurten – Park im Grünen and Migros‑Kulturprozent. Since 2016 the garden has developed into a place of biodiversity. Located in the middle of the park, it delights visitors with its colourful plant life and lovingly designed layout. On an area of 650 m² there is always something to discover. The natural garden invites you to experience the variety of the seasons, find peace and gather inspiration.

The garden is freely accessible at all times; admission is free. A place that delights young and old.
